Overview
A sensational vacation experience awaits you in this notable Outer Banks estate in Sea Pines, Jewel of the Isle is close to the ocean and within easy walking distance to Duck Village. Distinct living areas compliment each of the three levels for friendly gatherings. The signature style of Jewel of the Isle includes a tasteful array of colors and coastal, yet comfortable furnishings. Your favorite memories will surely be made by the sparkling saltwater private pool surrounded with lounge chairs and a hot tub. Enjoy Sea Pines community pool and tennis access and a gift certificate to Duck Donuts provided by the owner.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Sleeping accommodations on this level include a king with a private bath and TV, a bedroom with two twins, and a bedroom with a twin bed and twin bunk, both of which share a full bath.

An amazingly well-kept and well appointed house. We loved it!
We loved this home so much, we booked it for 2 weeks in 2021. Only wish it had an elevator, but otherwise it is a great home. Well kept and clean. The pool area is amazing and we loved the amount of furniture for everyone to utilize.
Beds were comfy. Pool area, hot tub, and grounds were well kept and manicured. Ice maker was a plus. Enjoyed all the various sitting areas within the house. TVs, electronics, and Wi-Fi worked well.
Thank you so much for the mugs, cards, and bags. They were very much appreciated and I felt like Carolina Designs really cares about their clients!
