Updates for 2023: New screened-in porch, new hot tub, new PVC deck railings and new safety gates on all levels, all new outdoor furniture, new mattresses, all bathrooms were remodeled, larger TV in the great room (65"), all TVs are Roku or Smart TVs.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

The ground floor bedrooms are cheerfully furnished and decorated with bright colors. Everyone will feel well accommodated in the king with private bath and flatscreen TV, queen bedroom and bedroom with two twins. The den offers a flat screen TV and opens directly to the pool deck, where you will find yourself spending countless hours splashing in the azure waters or lounging poolside in one of many reclining chairs. A tiki bar, two charcoal grills, a hot tub, and volleyball area are also available for your enjoyment. Be sure to spend at least one meal dining outdoors at the convenient picnic table.
