The Sandlot captures this ambiance as you relax after a day of sunning, sightseeing, and exploration. Featuring 4,200 square feet of living space, this home offers popular vacation amenities like a private saltwater pool, poolside hot tub, a rec room, and many gathering areas for your group to enjoy. Stroll down community sidewalks to a private beach access, and during your stay, guests have access to the Duck Landing clubhouse with an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, and pickleball courts. This is the closest community to the Duck Town Park, featuring seasonal fitness classes, concerts, and other family-friendly events. The park also has a mile-long soundfront boardwalk that links to waterfront shopping and dining options.
Updates for 2023: New exterior paint, new roof, new furniture in the great room, and all new bedspreads.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Outfitted with a foosball table and a wet bar with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator for snack and drink storage, this room offers recreation for all age groups. The adjacent media area has a wrap-around sofa, armchair, and a 56" flat screen TV. Please note that the two DVD players listed are Blu-ray. The bedding options are ideal for young travelers. A bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flat screen TV and shares a full bathroom with those in the rec room. A bedroom with a private bath and TV is equipped with two twin bunks. Laundry facilities are centrally located.
Rec room doors open to outdoor amenities that are sure to delight. Swim laps, take cooling dips, lounge beside the sparkling private saltwater pool, or refresh yourself with an outdoor shower. Gas and charcoal grills and outdoor dining allow for casual afternoon BBQs. At dusk, retreat to the bubbling hot tub to relax away your cares and plan future adventures under starry skies.
