SOUTHBOUND 105 yards from Beach Access in Duck

This home was wonderful! Very tasteful decor, stocked kitchen and very comfortable. We didn't choose it for the elevator but that sure came in handy for bringing suitcases and groceries in and taking garbage out. Best home we have rented in Duck!

6th visit to Duck, 5th house we stayed in, most def our fav. Already booked for next year.

We would love to stay in this house in future years! The layout was perfect for our group. We could all be together and not be on top of one another, yet there were places to go is someone did prefer some time alone. Can't wait to rent again in the future. By far the best home we have rented in the Outer Banks. Very clean. House was in excellent working order.

Excellent experience as usual!!

We loved Southbound so much. The house was so clean and everything was new and fresh. We have stayed at several Carolina Designs Properties and this one was by far our favorite.

Everything about our stay was perfect! We enjoyed the location of the house (so close to the beach access and clubhouse), the layout of rooms and tasteful decor, the rec. room with the pool table and updated electronics, and the cozy outdoor area. The elevator was definitely a plus as well. We all were impressed with the kitchen amenities and the outdoor grill. We cooked almost all our meals, and we lacked for nothing!!!! Everyone agreed that we would give this home a 10/10!!!

My family has rented 5 different rental homes in the past 10 years. This home was the best one we have rented. The distance to the beach and walking distance to shops were great. The neighborhood was quiet. My kids really loved the downstairs bunkbeds. My family really enjoyed the outdoor living area. This came in handy when the kids wanted to be in the pool and the adults just wanted to relax in the shade. Will definitely try to rent again in 2026 since 2025 was already booked for our week.

The home was absolutely beautiful!

House was gorgeously decorated. We would have loved this house again next year but it was already booked. We chose another Carolina Designs home in the same neighborhood and can't wait to go back next year.

We love this home. It is a perfect place to have fun and create lasting memories. The pool is perfect for our couple little ones. Grounds and pool are wonderful.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect! Close to the beach and walking distance downtown. The home is beautiful and well stocked. Plus having the King beds and all the en-suites gave us all privacy and comfortable. And the pool...perfect for all ages and large enough for all of us. So happy to have the shallow ledge for the couple little ones. Really awesome.
