Updates for 2026: Theater room renovated, including a new 100-inch Smart TV; cabana bathroom renovated; updated furniture in great room, kitchen and dining area; updated bedroom furniture and new carpet throughout; one queen bedroom was upgraded to a king bedroom.
Updates for 2024: Extensive updates include fresh paint in a neutral color throughout the interior, including the first floor den rec room ceiling; columns removed from the ground floor rec room, first floor den, as well as the second floor to improve the view from inside; light fixtures and fans updated throughout; bedroom blinds updated from dark wood to white; grab bars and a hand-held shower head added to the second floor king bathroom; new headboards in the ground level bedroom with two double beds; kitchen island painted; entryway design updates including a new walkway and gate leading to the back of the home for elevator access without stairs.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool is heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The pool waterfall is not operational.

- There is a walkway and gate leading to the back of the home for elevator access without steps. There are stairs at the front entry to the home. There is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home.
- The outdoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
