Located on the peaceful streets of Bayberry Bluffs, this home is equidistance between the award-winning Duck beaches and the town center. Thoughtfully equipped and comfortably furnished, this floor plan offers nice amenities for family enjoyment and the location promises close proximity to shopping, eateries and family friendly seasonal events. A multi-use pathway alongside Duck Road allows for easy access to and from town and the tranquil community provides quiet strolls to the Atlantic.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

The first floor opens to a recreation room equipped with a pool table, mounted TV and seating for fun filled evening competitions. One bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks. A queen bedroom with a TV shares a full bathroom with those in the rec room.
Doors lead outdoors to a fenced private pool, hot tub, and lounge seats to bask under the warmth of sunny skies. Horseshoes and a basketball hoop are also on site. The sun and covered decks are the ideal location to enjoy fresh sea breezes and views over the water. A gas grill is available for casual BBQ nights.
