The beach access is just a few minutes walk, and you're only 40 yards to the community pool and tennis courts available for guest use.
One of the most unique features in this home are abundant covered and uncovered sun decks on each level that are well furnished for seating and outdoor dining. This house is one of the few in Duck to have a rooftop deck outfitted with Adirondack chairs to enjoy breathtaking water views, sunrises, and sunsets over both the bay and ocean from one vantage point. A multitude of unique shops, boutiques and restaurants are located at the end of the street, and seasonal family-friendly activities are regularly scheduled in the Town of Duck. Rain or shine, there's always something special to enjoy during your vacation stay at this beautiful cottage!

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The ground level is all about relaxation, enjoyment and friendly competition. The recreation room will be the center of activity and features a regulation size pool table, pub table with poker set, and 43'' TV to have a game, movie, or music on in the background. A media room has swiveling armchairs, a large sectional couch which doubles as a queen-size sofabed, and a 70'' TV with a premium soundbar, making this the perfect spot to watch an incredible game or movie while being in a cozy, intimate setting. A bedroom on this floor is furnished with a pyramid bunkset and throwback video game consoles (Mini Super Nintendo - 21 games included, and Wii - bring own games) for the young ones to enjoy. A full bathroom is accessible to this bedroom and those in the rec and media rooms. Laundry facilities are centrally located.
Doors lead from the recreation room to the outdoor amenities. During your stay, a fenced private pool with poolside seating and soothing hot tub with jets will provide hours of play, sun-bathing, and rejuvenation. A sandy volleyball area will call out to the competitors in your group, and during hot summer days there are lights available for evening play.
