You'll find a convenient beach access just down the street both ways (three lots north or two lots south), making it easy to spend your days by the waves. Back at the house, unwind in the private fenced pool, soak in the hot tub, or lounge under the pergola. Multiple living spaces, including a media den and rec room with foosball, provide entertainment for all ages. The comfortable bedrooms at Buffell Duck are spread across three levels, offering plenty of privacy for families and groups. Located just a short ride from the Town of Duck?s shops, restaurants, and boardwalk, this home combines semi-oceanfront charm with easy access to local amenities.

The top floor is cozy and spacious at the same time, decorated in coastal hues with an incredible view! The great room, kitchen, and dining area all share an open concept space, and no matter which area you're spending time in, a view of the Atlantic is never out of sight. A sliding glass door is centrally located on the east wall and leads out to the open deck with Polywood outdoor furniture to sit back and enjoy the view of the sunrise, mid-day blue ocean, or the stunning pink and purple moonrise sky. The top floor also includes a queen bedroom with a private bath featuring a walk-in shower.
