Buffell Duck offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the open-concept top floor, where the great room, kitchen, and dining area flow seamlessly to an ocean-facing deck perfect for sunrise coffee or evening moonrise views. You'll find a convenient beach access just down the street both ways (three lots north or two lots south), making it easy to spend your days by the waves. Back at the house, unwind in the private fenced pool, soak in the hot tub, or lounge under the pergola. Multiple living spaces, including a media den and rec room with foosball, provide entertainment for all ages. The comfortable bedrooms at Buffell Duck are spread across three levels, offering plenty of privacy for families and groups. Located just a short ride from the Town of Duck?s shops, restaurants, and boardwalk, this home combines semi-oceanfront charm with easy access to local amenities.
Please note: The great room fireplace is not available for guest use.

The ground floor combines fun entertainment and sleeping accommodations. A king bedroom and a shared bath are available for those sleeping or hanging out on this level. The rec room offers a foosball table, mini fridge, flatscreen TV, loveseat, and a table perfect for quick snacks, puzzles, and card games. A sliding glass door in the rec room opens to the sheltered hot tub, an outdoor shower stall, and nearby access to the exterior stairs that take you to the middle floor deck. The fully fenced pool area offers a large private pool with a wet deck, poolside loungers, and a pergola.
