The thoughtful floor plan takes advantage of every level, maximizing the ocean views with spacious decks and windows overlooking the sea. Ideal for a large family gathering, this home offers seven bedrooms, three of which have private baths. Just a few steps to the ocean access, community oceanfront pool and gazebo, the proximity to fun in the sun is unmatched. Bouncing between beach time and poolside lounging is easier than ever! The hot tub provides a soothing place to relax after a long day of vacation fun. And don't forget to take advantage of the amenities of the Schooner Ridge subdivision, which offers one of the most comprehensive community centers in the area. The clubhouse includes an indoor heated pool for rainy days, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, racquetball, exercise facility, and more. The quiet winding streets of this neighborhood are safe and perfect for riding bikes, and the shops, boutiques, restaurants, and town park of Duck are all within walking distance.
Updates for 2024: New ceiling fans in all bedrooms, new furniture on first floor deck, new poolside loungers, and a new heat pump pool heater for the pool.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: Guests of Schooner Ridge have access to many community amenities. Early access into this subdivision is permitted. Visit their website for details about all that is available during your stay. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Golf Carts: All golf carts operated by guests in Schooner Ridge must be street-legal and licensed. Street-legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on Duck Road. All other golf carts are not allowed in Schooner Ridge and must be driven on side streets only in other subdivisions. Golf carts are never allowed on sidewalks.
