Overview
Aptly named "Kisses of the Sun", this delightful 7-bedroom semi-oceanfront beach house has been refined with thoughtful details. Located in a tranquil oceanside neighborhood, just north of central Duck, Sea Tern is the ideal community for vacationing families. The home is thoughtfully designed to showcase ocean views, and offers a host of amenities for family entertainment including a recreation room, assorted flat screen TVs with smart capabilities through Blu-ray players, private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, and fish cleaning table. Conveniently located next to the community beach access, guests will enjoy easy strolls to a relaxing beach. A casual bike ride along a paved multi-use path or short drive will take you into the village of Duck, where you'll find restaurants, activities, shops, and more.
Updates for 2026: All new interior paint, new cabinets, granite countertops, sink and faucet in the kitchen, new LVP flooring on the stairs, new blinds in the bedrooms, updated fixtures in the bathrooms. Subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2025: New outdoor pool furniture; new dining room table; new great room furniture and rug; new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; kitchen icemaker replaced with winecooler; bedroom carpeting replaced with LVP flooring; pool table re-felted; new decor throughout.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point.
