The views in this home were outstanding. It was well maintained and clean.

The three floors of rooms provide ample space and privacy for all guests. Having an elevator given there are three floors is a real plus. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious giving plenty of room for all. The view of the beach from the family room / kitchen took my breath away. It was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, appliances, cookware, and a large fridge suitable for a large number of guests. The pool area is cozy with lots of seating plus two grills for outdoor cooking. The hot tub provides plenty of seating as well. There is easy access to the beach with two latched gates, one to the pool area and one to the beach, giving peace of mind for families with young children. Having a fridge in the rec area is nice so going up to the kitchen level isn't required when wanting refreshments. The keyless entry is a very nice feature so guests don't have to keep up with or return keys. The owners have thought of everything to make our vacation one we will always treasure! I highly recommend Sandy Bottoms Beach house and look forward to booking our next vacation there.

Awesome home. Great layout inside and very family friendly with lots to do. Very nice staff that made everything easy. We have used your reality company for many of our fun trips to the Outer Banks and will definitely use you again. Thanks for making our trip fun.

This was a wonderful property, well maintained and cleaned and we had a lovely time! The house had the most wonderful open floor plan with lots of windows. It was great for a family reunion, we had plenty of room to all hang out together in the great room but also there were enough private spaces for each individual family to have their own time. The beach was lovely. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The little town of Duck was charming and we very much enjoyed exploring the shops on the Boardwalk. I loved cooking while looking out over the ocean so we didn't explore too many restaurants, but we did enjoy hanging out at Treehouse Coffee. Their latte is amazing!
