Vacation days are ahead at Tannin' By The Sea, a Duck Landing oceanfront home with eight spacious bedrooms and panoramic water views. Complete with an oceanside pool, tiki bar, game room, and media room, Tannin' By The Sea is well-appointed with all you need for a comfortable stay. Ready to relax? Soak in the hot tub, watch the sunset from the wrap-around porch or curl up with one of the many novels on the bookshelves. Don't forget to take a stroll on the beach, accessible by the private walkway. While you're at it, uncork some bubbly and celebrate a fabulous vacation! Boasting a stellar location, this home is just steps from both the ocean and the community clubhouse, with a heated indoor pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, and playground. The Town of Duck park, soundside boardwalk, shops, and restaurants can all be found at the end of street, a quick walk or bike ride away.
Updates for 2024: The kitchen was expanded and remodeled, 8 new TVs throughout (TV added to the bunk room), all new windows on the top floor, hardwood flooring on the top floor was refinished, new carpeting on the ground and middle floors, new flooring in the rec room, and a new roof.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Please note that the pool's waterfall feature is not available for guest use.

Outdoor and indoor entertainment options are available on the ground level: the pool area features custom stone work, a tiki bar, picnic table, ample lounge seating, and a hot tub. A private beach walkway leads to a dune top deck with built-in bench seating. Indoors on the ground floor, a rec room features a pool table, foosball table, and kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a countertop icemaker. A comfortable seating area with a TV and two rollaway beds/cots are also located in the rec room. A theater on this level features a large TV and theater style seating. There are two bedrooms on this level: one with two twin beds and a TV, and the second with two twin bunks and a TV. There is a full hallway bath centrally located in the hallway and another half bath off the rec room.
