Your "window" to a wonderful vacation awaits you at La Ventana. This well-appointed home is semi-oceanfront and is only a few steps to the beach access! Ocean views, a private pool and hot tub, and the charm of a classic Outer Banks design will make all your vacation dreams come true. This beautifully designed and decorated home features comfortable furnishings, ample sun and shade decks, recreation and theater rooms, and an elevator allowing easy access to all levels. Relax and enjoy quality time with your family and friends in the large, open living areas. You're a short distance from the ocean access, pickleball courts, and the clubhouse that offers an exercise facility and indoor heated pool. Centrally located in the Town of Duck in one of its most desirable neighborhoods, you're only a short walk away from many shops and restaurants, as well as the Duck Amphitheater and Town Park, where you can stroll the soundside boardwalk, perfect for catching a stunning sunset.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Mid level king bath has a roll under sink, shower seat, and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more specific information.
