In the heart of town, the Duck Landing subdivision is within walking distance to the town of Duck and this home is a very short walk to the ocean. Coast To Coast will delight you with its comfortable decor. Relax and enjoy a splendid outdoor living space, with an expansive pool area enclosing the saltwater pool, as well as a hot tub where you can soak in the evening after a long day at the beach. Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, this home is on a quiet street lined with sidewalks. Guests will enjoy access to community pickleball courts, a playground, and a clubhouse with an exercise room and indoor pool that will keep everyone occupied on a rainy day. To top it off, the community beach access is just 150 yards from this home, so it's a breeze to transition between the house and a day spent seaside. Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

The lower level has a media room with a Smart TV and sleepsofa, as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator for extra food storage. This room opens to the expansive private pool area, which features a saltwater pool, hot tub, and an array of lounging options. Adjacent is the cornhole area, with bocce ball also ready to be enjoyed while outside. Bedding on the ground floor includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. The bedroom with a king bed has a private bath. There is a full hall bath for the bedroom with two twins and those spending time in the media room.
