Welcome to Southern Comfort, where all of the comforts of home await your arrival. This stylish home offers an elevator, a rec room, a private pool, Smart TVs throughout, and five well-appointed bedrooms including two with private baths and one with a shared bath. With a central Duck location that affords convenient access to both the beach and the village, a quick walk or bike ride will get you just about anywhere. And as guests of this home, you can enjoy access to the community outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The owners of Southern Comfort have provided extras to make your stay enjoyable, including a beach cart, golf cart, and beach chairs. Comfort is what it's all about in this Southern-styled home.
Updates for 2025: New and refinished hardwood and tile flooring throughout the house (carpeting removed), fresh interior paint (any wallpaper removed), new tile pool deck, new great room sectional and coffee table, new countertops in kitchen, great room, and rec room, the bunk room now offers a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and a twin bunk (twin over twin), new outdoor seating and dining tables, all new bedding, new ping-pong table in garage, and new washer and dryer.

Golf Cart: Only licensed drivers can operate the golf cart. The golf cart is not "street legal" and can only be driven on side roads within the Sea Pines subdivision; it cannot be taken on Duck Road, sidewalks, or unpaved surfaces.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

An additional room down the hall offers a pool table for even more fun! The full bath is accessible via the rec room as well as the pool area. The garage space offers tons of amenities to add to the fun: a ping pong table, golf cart, beach/pool toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs are available for your use. There is a beach cart to assist in your trip down to the water, and an outside shower makes rinsing off after a trip to the beach a breeze. Outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a bocce ball court are also available.
