We all had a great week in Duck and the accommodations were wonderful! Thank you!

We have stayed at this home numerous years, and found this year that the grounds were so improved. The planting of the flower beds added so much to the feel of the front and back yard. The back yard grass was well maintained.

We continue to reserve this house year after year. It is a marvelous house which suits our needs perfectly inside and out. We are already signed up for our annual one week stay at Quack of Dawn in 2025!

Already booked X-TA-SEA for 2024.

The owners/management were responsive and wonderful to work with. I look forward to renting through this company, and specifically this house, again in the future.

Already booked X-Ta-Sea for next year which we think will be our 16th or 17th year there. Newest owners have done a wonderful job providing all the amenities to make it a wonderful a place to stay. It is literally like a home away from home for our entire family, and we do our best to treat it like our own as well.

Overall a well maintained home that our family enjoyed staying in. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for our girls, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the welcome package was greatly appreciated. The Carolina Coffee was fantastic!

We've loved our trips to Duck over the years and Carolina Designs does a great job providing access to homes that are perfect for our vacation needs. The little extras included, like dishwasher tablets, pot holders & dish towels, etc are noted and greatly appreciated. Thanks again! Have rented through Carolina Designs for 15 years now, and stayed in X-TA-SEA every year. Could not be more pleased with CD's service and our home away from home. We are already booked for a return visit in 2021.

We loved the home. The kitchen was so well stocked, the welcome gift was a really nice touch. We loved the pool and used it a lot. Every bedroom having its own bath is a real plus. We just loved the house and it was the right size for our family. Thanks again for making our vacation in the Outer Banks one to remember.
