Designed for gracious living, this retreat has a wonderful flow of seven private bedrooms and multiple recreation amenities, all combined with the peaceful ambiance of a serene beachfront location. The Sea Hawk community is located within walking or biking distance to the town of Duck, which provides an array of dining and shopping options. The 11-acre town park provides seasonal family friendly events and live music, playground, a soundside boardwalk, kayak launches, public boat slips, and fishing and crabbing areas.

TVs: The bedroom TVs throughout the house are Roku Smart TVs.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Let the competition begin in the ground level rec room that is fully equipped with a regulation size pool table, foosball table, arcade game, sofa, chairs, and a flat screen TV. The rec room kitchenette provides a sink, refrigerator, standalone ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and bar seating. Evenings are the perfect time to grab your favorite movie, popcorn and snacks, and head to the theater that has tiered seating, an 84" flat screen TV, and surround sound. A cheerful bedroom is furnished with two twin bunksets and a Smart TV. A full hallway bath is adjacent to this bedroom and closely available to those enjoying the rec room and theater.
Large sliding glass doors lead from the rec room to a fully fenced pool area that includes a private pool (can be heated for additional fee), an inset kiddie pool, and a poolside cabana that allows for hours of refreshing swims and poolside sunbathing and group hangouts. Pack your beach bag and cross the private beach boardwalk for seashore adventures and exploration, or rest on the dune-top bench to overlook the beach. An outdoor shower and cabana half bath are available for your convenience. Before retiring for the day, gather together in the soothing hot tub under star-filled skies and relaxing coastal breezes.
