Overview
Welcome to Villa Margarita! This comfortably charming home is just three houses from the ocean and walking distance from shops and restaurants of Duck. Perfect for one or two families, this vacation cottage is located in one of the best subdivisions on the beach, Schooner Ridge. Guests of this home can enjoy access to a community club house with both indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, racquetball, a playground, and exercise facilities. There is also an oceanfront community pool with shaded gazebo, so you can splash in the pool while watching the waves roll in.
Updates for 2025: New flooring and carpeting throughout, fresh interior paint, hot tub moved from top deck down to pool area, new great room furniture, new rec room furniture, new Roku TVs, new bedroom furniture and bedding, new artwork and window treatments.
Updates for 2024: Kitchen renovation including new cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
Community Note: Guests of Schooner Ridge have access to many community amenities. Early access into this subdivision is permitted. Visit their website for details about all that is available during your stay. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Golf Carts: All golf carts operated by guests in Schooner Ridge must be street-legal and licensed. Street-legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on Duck Road. All other golf carts are not allowed in Schooner Ridge and must be driven on side streets only in other subdivisions. Golf carts are never allowed on sidewalks.

Step through the sliding glass doors from the rec room that lead to the private fenced-in backyard that features a large pool, a poolside hot tub, and plenty of poolside seating - perfect for spending lazy vacation days in the sun. A sand volleyball court provides outdoor entertainment.
