With three levels, this home spans over 5,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Turtle Time has amenities that allow you to enjoy sunsets out on the water from a covered gazebo, lounge by the pool while taking in the serene sound views, and play in the surf of the spectacular Corolla beach, located only a short distance from the house.
Being less than a mile from the Bonito Beach Access, which offers parking, you're a three-minute ride by way of the golf cart or 12 minutes by foot. You are also less than five minutes by car from the nearby grocery store (Food Lion), the Timbuck II Shopping Village, the Monterey Plaza, local restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and eateries.
This home is located in the Monteray Shores community which features several additional amenities. The clubhouse shower facilities make it easy to start your vacation at the beach or the community pool if you arrive before your check in time. Likewise, you can extend your stay past check out for more beach time and shower off before you start your trek home. Additional Monteray Shores community amenities include, a basketball court, a boat launch, a fitness center, a playground, a swimming pool, and tennis courts.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Golf Cart: Two street-legal golf carts are available for guest use. Only licensed drivers can operate the golf carts. To obtain the keys to the golf carts, a signed waiver is required. Please contact our office for more information.
Special Access Amenities: Access ramp to home, and all floors are accessible by elevator. A first floor king bathroom has a roll-under sink, and a shower seat and grab bar. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
