Whether you prefer the dreamy pinks and blues of the ocean sunrise, the red-gold glory of sunset on the sound, or the shimmering filigree of stars against the night sky, you're ensured a perfect view from Sandy Paws. Beach, sound, and community pool and tennis are all close by, but can they tempt you away from the many creature comforts afforded by this serene sand castle? No rush... relax and think it over as you lounge in the private pool or hot tub.
Extensive updates planned for 2026! Throughout interior, new LVP flooring replacing carpeting, and fresh paint. Throughout exterior, siding replaced (color will stay the same). All bathrooms updated: floors, cabinets, and countertops. Top floor private bath remodeled, including new vanity area and new larger walk-in shower replacing the whirlpool tub. Increased seating/living space in great room replacing the seasonal fireplace and a king bedroom closet. New kitchen cabinets and countertops. A king bed replacing a queen bed on the middle floor. New cabinet layout in the rec room. Fresh white paint on all trim and doors. Updating furniture as needed. Subject to change until complete.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
