With ocean views from the great room, decks, and loft, you'll enjoy the calming effect of stunning sunrises and views over the water - plus, the Atlantic is just a short stroll away! An extensive list of features includes a rec room with ricochet shuffleboard table, table-style arcade machine, and sports bar that connects via pocket windows to the outside tiki bar, a private pool & hot tub, a chef's kitchen with dual refrigerators & oversized range, an elevator, and Smart TVs throughout. Set your sights on Tide Together for a relaxing Outer Banks retreat, any time of year.
The Ocean Lake neighborhood features an Olympic size community pool, tennis courts, and is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and activities in Corolla.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Please note: Although the elevator travels through all three levels, there is no ground floor entrance at the front of the home.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

A unique feature of the ground floor is the rec room, which brings the outdoors in via pass-through windows. The sports bar (which includes a refrigerator, microwave, and sink) opens to the poolside wet bar, making it easy to pass drinks or snacks, or converse with family and friends that are relaxing outside! The outdoor area also includes a refreshing private pool, soothing hot tub, outdoor shower, cornhole, horseshoes, and a gas grill - this is one of the more spacious backyards in Ocean Sands.
Back inside, the rec room features stylish coffered ceilings, ricochet shuffleboard, and media area. Bedding options on this level include a queen bedroom and room with two built-in twin bunks (2 twin bunks = 4 twin beds). There is a shared bath as well.
