The poolside cabana makes outdoor living seamless with grills and prep space for family gatherings and al fresco meals. Inside, high-end furnishings and finishes elevate every detail, from the custom tile showers to the entryway's grand staircases. Entertainment is endless with a theater room and a rec room, and relax as you wish with an in-home sauna and steam room. The gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, double refrigerators, and ample dining space for large groups. With multiple king suites, private baths, and decks overlooking the Sound, every guest enjoys comfort and privacy. This home blends elegance, fun, and unforgettable views for a one-of-a-kind Outer Banks vacation.
Pool and Hot Tub: Pool heated by propane. Max. pool temperature is 85 degrees. The in-pool hot tub follows the same open/close schedule as the pool.

Looking out towards the pool area, the rec room has a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, a beverage fridge, and a sink. The young, and the young at heart, will compete against each other for the highest score all vacation long. Between the Fast and Furious racing game, the Golden Tee golf game, the multicade arcade machine, the poker table, the Jaws themed pinball machine, and a jumbotron above head, you and your group will have a blast in this packed out room of fun. A large theater will be perfect for in-home movie nights to watch the older classics or the newest flick you've been wanting to see. A steam room is a unique amenity in Outer Banks vacation homes, while inviting you to slow down, relax, and focus on what vacation is all about - enjoying the little things that you've been waiting for all year long.
Two bedrooms are available on this level. A king bedroom with a private bath that has a custom tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the house, furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk and a private bath with a shower/tub.
The showstopping pool area takes this extravagant vacation home to the next level! A 38'x18' infinity pool overlooks the Currituck Sound (which means prime sunset viewing!) and has an in-pool hot tub and swim-up bar stools. The poolside cabana has three accordion doors that open fully towards the pool, so indoor/outdoor living from the pool to the cabana is a breeze. The cabana is equipped to enhance an already elaborate pool day with a large island with seating, two gas grills, a mini-fridge, and a sink. Through the cabana is a temperature-controlled prep kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a second sink. A half bath is conveniently located for those who choose to spend every available minute outside by the pool.
