Overview
Seaside serenity awaits guests at Perfect Ten, a sensational Corolla oceanfront estate located in the popular Whalehead community. Enjoy three levels of elegant upgrades and furnishings in a beautifully designed home featuring abundant entertainment options and luxurious bedroom suites. Resort-style outdoor amenities promise fun-filled vacation days and pristine Corolla beaches are just steps away.
Updates for 2024: Decking repainted, first floor carpet replaced with hardwood floors, new stools in kitchen.
TVs: TVs have cable access through the Spectrum app. Cable includes FREE Showtime and HBO MAX, in addition to standard cable TV channels (Disney, ESPN, etc.). Log into own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, and all other streaming services.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by propane. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an entrance ramp, and all floors are accessible by the elevator. An oceanfront king suite on the first floor has a bathroom with roll-under sink and barrier-free shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

The ground level has one bedroom with two twin beds and a flatscreen TV. One full hallway bathroom services this level. Movie viewing comes alive in the cinema-style home theater outfitted with a 92'' video screen, 1080p projector, Blu-ray player, 2.1 Home Theater Stereo System, and eight recliners (the theater also has cable access). The recreation lounge has the ambiance of a local sports bar and is fully equipped with three mounted 32" HDTVs with a surround sound stereo system. This room includes a pool table and arcade game with 60 games (including Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Frogger, and many more)! The convenient sports bar features a sink, stainless steel microwave, refrigerator, stand-alone icemaker, mounted flatscreen, and bar seating for four.
Doors open to a sheltered patio with outdoor furniture, a tiki bar with bar seating, a half bath, and two outdoor showers. A custom pool is fenced for privacy and has two dedicated swim lanes and an inset kiddie pool for young travelers. The pool deck is well furnished with sitting and lounging options, and a private walkway leads to a dune-top deck with built-in seating and beyond to the sandy shoreline.
