Unforgettable vacation days await you at Absolute Elegance, an exquisite oceanfront estate in the town of Corolla. This fabulous home features sweeping ocean views and is appointed with sumptuous furnishing and decor. Guests will enjoy an expansive great room with gourmet kitchen, ten bedrooms with fine linens and non-allergenic down pillows and a host of indoor and outdoor amenities to please everyone in your traveling party. The popular Whalehead community is known for large homesites and wide beaches, and this location offers close proximity to sightseeing, dining, and shopping opportunities.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Tesla Charger: A Tesla charger is available for free for guest use.
Special Access Amenities: This home has ramp access, and the elevator services all three levels. The mid-level queen bedroom has a bathroom with roll-under sink and roll-in shower with seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Call our office for additional information.

One bedroom is available on the ground level, and is perfectly furnished for those who enjoy late nights offering two double beds and a flat screen TV. A full hallway bathroom is accessible to those on this level, and a laundry room is conveniently located. The balance is dedicated to indoor entertainment, including a home theater with tiered seating for eight, big-screen and surround sound. A large recreation room with sports bar and media area features ceramic tile flooring, coffered ceiling, pool table, shuffleboard game, foosball coffee table, and an arcade game. The bar is outfitted with granite countertops, sink, eight bar stools and a host of stainless steel appliances including a full refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
Doors open to picture perfect outdoor amenities with landscaped fenced grounds. The custom saltwater pool provides hours of refreshing water play and features an inset kiddie pool and swim-up seating. A gas grill is available for casual BBQ meals and there are ample seating options, including a picnic table, chairs, and Comfo-back Polywood chaise lounges for sunbathing. A cornhole set, horseshoes, and ping-pong allow for lively outdoor competition. A private walkway leads to a dune-top deck with a shady pergola and built-in seating to overlook beach activities and beyond for quick trips to the sandy shoreline.
A Tesla charging station is available in the home's carport (Tesla Generation 3 charger with 44 miles of range per hour charge rate).
