Overview

There's so much to love when you spend your precious vacation days at the Golfin' Dolphin. Built overlooking the famous Currituck Club golf course, this charming getaway offers ocean, sound, pond, and golf course views. Nicely maintained and comfortably furnished, this home is filled to the brim with thoughtful amenities for your use and enjoyment come rain or shine.

Updates for 2025: New propane pool heater, new heat pump, additional parking space added, and upgraded Wi-Fi to standard 6 with Google Nest system.

Updates for 2024: New full-size Pac-Man Arcade Party arcade machine in the rec room, updated outdoor and game room speakers, new picnic table on second floor deck, re-staining of the decks, new polywood lounge chairs and side tables in the pool area, updated landscaping, and a new stove and microwave in the kitchen.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Heated with propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

TVs: All of the TVs are Roku Smart TVs. Cable channels can be accessed via the Apple TV in the great room.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

The cozy living area provides a sectional sofa, built-in window seats, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a Smart TV (with access to cable channels via Apple TV) and surround sound. A half bath is centrally located. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, fruit and vegetable juicer, electric griddle, Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, microwave, and dishwasher. Meals can be served at a dining table for 12 guests with overflow seating available at the kitchen bar. Enhanced views and breezes can be enjoyed from the furnished screened-in porch, sun deck, and crow's nest. A private king bedroom completes this level and has charming views, a Smart TV, sun deck access, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
