Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Please Note: The great room fireplace is not available for guest use.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front of the house.

Community Note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. The fitness center is available for a fee. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac.
