We supply two towel sets per King/Queen/Double bed and one per Twin bed. Each towel set contains a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Extra towel sets are available for rent, please call our office for more info.

Overview

Located on the oceanfront in Corolla, on the cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street, you will find SeaEra ready to welcome you for your Outer Banks vacation. An 8-bedroom home with a fully fenced private pool, hot tub, private walkway to the beach, and more, your group will be ready to kick their shoes off and spring into relaxation mode the moment you all arrive.

The ground floor offers a media den with a Smart TV, as well as a sitting area. A middle floor rec room is furnished with a Smart TV, pool table, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. The wet bar is the ideal spot to store food and drinks you want to easily get to while lounging poolside day in and day out. If you need a break from the sun, the screened-in deck on the first floor has an outdoor dining table and loveseat porch swing. If you can't get enough of the sun, head over the private beach walkway and enjoy all the beauty of the Corolla beaches. The top floor great room, dining areas, and kitchen are where your vacation group can come together over a meal and chat about your day or your plans for tomorrow. Just a short drive north, you'll be near a grocery store, a local donut shop, a golf course, and more.

Updates for 2025: Pool heater added. The ground floor converted to a living space with a media den, sitting area, and three large bedrooms with private baths.

Updates for 2024: A complete interior and exterior refresh including new exterior paint, new roof, two new outdoor showers, pergola added over hot tub, new chairs and chaise loungers around the pool, new furniture and decor throughout, new bedding, and fresh interior paint.

Updates for 2023: All the TVs were replaced with Smart TVs (cable access via the Spectrum App or guests can log into their own streaming accounts) and the pool table in the rec room was refelted.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Military Discount: This owner offers a 5% discount for active or retired military. Please call our office for more details.

Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

All three bedrooms have private baths with shower/tubs and walk-in closets. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with king beds, the third bedroom has two pyramid bunks.
