Featuring six bedrooms (three of which have private baths, deck access, and ocean views), The Sea Sweet is a spacious retreat that your family will love, and includes amenities such as a private saltwater pool (option to heat), hot tub, bright and open great room, kitchen with stainless appliances, and a rec room with many games. With 600 square feet of deck space, you can relax in sun or shade to enjoy refreshing sea breezes.
Guests love Ocean Hill for its proximity to the 4x4 beaches where wild horses roam, the Currituck Lighthouse (which you can see from the house!), and the many fun shops, restaurants, and attractions of Corolla. Most importantly, this house is close to the beach - you can enjoy ocean views from the home, and the community beach access is a two minute walk away on a quiet neighborhood street, so you'll have easy access to the stunning coastline of Corolla.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. The fitness center is available for a fee. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac. Please take note of this map of 7 authorized beach accesses for guests of The Villages at Ocean Hill. Why overload your vehicle, when you can pre-reserve rentals for your vacation stay? The adjacent dining room is encircled by windows and provides seating for 10 (4 additional barstools are available at the bar). The kitchen includes stainless appliances, as well as extras including a Keurig Elite. A king bedroom with a private bath and deck access rounds out this level.
