With the community beach access just 71 yards away, travels between the ocean and this well-equipped home is direct and easy. Community tennis courts are located one block away, so pack your racquet for daily play. Centrally located, you'll have quick access to a grocery store, ice cream shop, pizza parlor, and eateries. The Timbuck II Shopping Center is just a mile north and features unique boutiques, delicious cafes and restaurants and a water sports rental shop. Regardless of the season, Chasing The Dream is a stellar option for your next vacation to the Outer Banks.

Tennis: Guests in Section F of Ocean Sands have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)

Laundry facilities are centrally located. Two bedrooms are available on this floor. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a private bath; the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk.
Spend lazy afternoons poolside at the fenced private pool with lounge seating while your favorite tunes play over the outdoor speakers. An outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and basketball hoop are available for your use. Meals can be prepared on the grills for casual outdoor dining. As night descends, it's time to gather on the top level deck for relaxing soaks in the hot tub under star-filled skies.
