Just four lots to the oceanfront, this neighborhood is great for walking or biking and the community beach access is just 62 yards away. Outside the subdivision, you'll have quick access to two large grocery stores, unique restaurants and shops, putt-putt golf, water sport rentals and other fun activities for all ages.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located in this neighborhood, a fishing license is required in order to fish.

Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

A ground floor recreation room offers a pool table and media area with sofas, arm chairs, TV and a kitchenette with sink and refrigerator for snacks and drinks. A family suite on this floor is made up of two bedrooms that share a full bathroom, one room is furnished with a queen bed and the second has a twin bunkset with trundle. Laundry facilities are centrally located.
Doors lead from the rec room to the outdoors, where guests are treated to a fenced-in private pool offering hours of sun drenched fun, a sheltered hot tub for relaxing soaks, outdoor shower and poolside grill area for BBQ nights.
