This beachfront home features an open great room with memorable ocean views, six spacious bedrooms, a ground level rec room with pool table (and ping-pong topper), and expansive oceanfront covered and open decks to enjoy water views and coastal breezes. Subdivision amenities for guest use include an Olympic-size pool with separate children's pool, four tennis courts, bath house with changing rooms, stocked seven-acre community lake and community beach access. When you reserve this home, relaxation is the name of the game!
Updates for 2024: New siding, new outside lighting, new front decking, new front steps, new outdoor shower, new landscaping, and new tile backsplash in kitchen and great room wet bar.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

Laundry facilities and an extra full refrigerator are centrally located.
Doors lead to outdoor amenities that include a private and sheltered pool with poolside furnishings. Spacious decks are furnished for outdoor enjoyment and a hot tub is located on the oceanfront covered deck that overlooks the dunes. This location offers a shared beach access for convenient trips to and from the ocean to swim, shell, lounge and to enjoy evening beach strolls.
