Overview
Upgrade your beach vacation experience when you reserve Seaside Heights, a semi-oceanfront estate featuring 6,000 square feet of fine finishes, fashionable luxury furnishings, and resort-style outdoor amenities. The home is impeccably designed and finished for those with discerning tastes. These homeowners are experienced in designing and furnishing elegant rental homes for the ultimate beach vacation experience. You will be treated to trendy common areas for entertainment and leisure and eleven elegant bedroom suites with luxury furnishings, pillow top mattresses, fine imported linens, and Smart TVs. Ten bedrooms feature private Italian tile luxury bathrooms with imported granite topped vanities.
Updates for 2024: Fresh interior paint on the ground floor and the pool was replastered.
TVs: TVs are Samsung Smart TVs and have cable access through the Spectrum app. Cable includes FREE Showtime, HBO MAX, Paramount Plus, and NFL Network, in addition to standard cable TV channels (Disney, ESPN, etc.). Log into own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, and all other streaming services.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Sleeping accommodations on the ground floor includes two king bedrooms that have private Italian tile baths with granite topped imported furniture style vanities and a third bedroom equipped with two twin bunks. Guests will agree the cinema-style home theater provides the ultimate in movie viewing with tiered stadium seating for twelve, 120" projection screen, and THX 7.1 surround sound! The sporty recreation and media lounge is perfectly outfitted for competitive fun with a pool table, mounted Smart TV, surfboard bar with stool seating, and a kitchenette with granite countertops, tile backsplash, sink, and stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a hotel grade icemaker to fill up your coolers for a day at the beach. The media area provides plush sofa seating and a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, and Xbox 360.
Rec room doors open to beautifully landscaped grounds that surround the custom saltwater pool with built-in seating and in-ground kiddie pool, as well as an outdoor sound system. The pool deck is appropriately furnished with sitting and lounging options, and features a custom poolside pergola over the bubbling hot tub. Gather around the cabana bar for snacks and drinks, and the covered gas grill and outdoor dining table allows for informal BBQs. A cabana half bath and two enclosed outdoor showers complete the outdoor amenities. The owner has provided eight beach chairs and two umbrellas for your convenience.
Absolutely nothing negative to say about this home. It was fantastic and I am considering it for the future! Thank you so much for all the help in getting a house for us! We appreciate it very much! The house was immaculate!

This was by far the best home we have ever stayed in - we've been coming to the Outer Banks on and off for the past 30 years. The outdoor showers were such a bonus with kids and sand management. The pool is amazing and plenty of lounge chairs as well as deck chairs on the decks wrapping the home. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and we had plenty of room for all of us!! We didn't want to leave!! Thank you for such a relaxing week - a true vacation!!! In past years we have had to go to the rental office to pick up keys which delayed our entrance into the home. I love the use of technology to make the process simpler and a time saver!! The home was very clean.
