A full hallway bath and laundry room is centrally located for guest use. On the ground floor, guests will also find a large laundry room that includes a second full size refrigerator and freezer.
Doors lead from the recreation room to an array of outdoor amenities. A private beach walkway allows for easy adventures to and from the ocean for swimming, sunning, shelling, and evening beach strolls. Vacation days can be filled with refreshing swims in the private pool, sunning poolside in lounge chairs, and enjoying evening dips in the hot tub under star-filled skies. A gas grill and picnic tables are located on this level and are perfect for casual outdoor cooking, seafood boils, dining. The outside area also features a built-in cornhole set and an outdoor shower/sand rinse station.
