A 12-bedroom, oceanfront vacation home that will leave you and your guests wanting for nothing. Inside and out, there is something for everyone to enjoy during their stay. The outdoor living area offers a pool, hot tub, and a poolside cabana with bar seating and a Smart TV. A private walkway leads you over the dune to the great expanse of the Atlantic Ocean where sun, sand, and smile-filled memories will be yours to cherish. The kitchen is large enough and so well-equipped that you won't bat an eye at feeding a crowd. Picture windows drench the interior with natural light and there is no shortage of decks that allow you to relax in the coastal breezes off the beach. A unique layout offers the common areas and seven of the suites in the main house and five of the suites in a separate part of the house attached by a covered deck.
Updates for 2024: Electric fireplace and more decor added to great room, pool table and motorcycle bar added to rec room, cornhole, two large teak tables with chairs, and three swing chairs added to pool area.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher will be needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 65 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. The ground floor offers a home theater that has tiered seating and a 75" Smart TV perfect for watching a movie or tuning in to a new binge-worthy series you've been excited to start. Conveniently located at the end of the hall is a full bath adjacent to the theater room. Bedding on the ground level includes two king suites, each with sliding door access to the pool area, a 50" Smart TV, and a private bath with a tiled shower. Separate from the rest of the house is a laundry room with two washer and dryer sets. This space is accessible by a covered deck to the west of the house.
Exit through sliding glass doors onto a large deck that looks out to the pool area designed for fun and relaxation. A sparkling pool, a bubbling hot tub, two large tables for dining, and a shaded cabana with bar seating welcome you to unwind and escape any worry on your mind. An outdoor speaker system means you can put on your favorite tunes to float around to, or turn on your favorite sport on the 55" Smart TV located in the cabana. Coming back from a day on the beach and needing to rinse off the saltwater and sand isn't a problem with an outdoor shower available. Hanging out by the pool doesn't have to end after the sun goes down! Enjoy an exciting game of cornhole or sit around the outdoor gas fire pit and share stories and laughs with your group.
