The home includes popular features, such as an elevator, a private heated saltwater pool, a hot tub, a rec room with a pool table and shuffleboard, and six spacious bedrooms. This thoughtfully planned home is sure to impress your group on your next family vacation and includes 1,400 square feet of covered and open decks, some with ocean views! Stroll to the beach to splash in the waves or search for sea glass, enjoy a book poolside in the sun or shade, or climb the spiral staircase to the third-level crow's nest to soak in the elevated ocean and Outer Banks views. For your convenience and enjoyment during your stay, all rooms have flat screen Smart TVs, and there is a 50 amp charging station installed in the carport for electric vehicles.
The Ocean Lake community is in Section O of Ocean Sands and offers multiple community beach walkovers, tennis courts, and an Olympic-size outdoor swimming pool. This neighborhood is located a short distance from grocery stores, the Currituck Club Golf Course, water sports rentals, boutiques, great restaurants, and everything that the town of Corolla offers.
New for 2025, kitchen refrigerator. A brand new stainless steel refrigerator in the kitchen has an additional ice maker.

4-zone SONOS Audio System: The Sonos S2 is an app and operating system designed to power guests' listening experience. Simply attach your device to the ATD network, go to your app store (Apple or Android), download the Sonos S2 app and you can set up your listening groups, and play your favorite music - at the pool, in the recreation room, on the top deck or in the living room!
Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Outlet: The outlet is installed in the carport and available for guest use, guests simply have to bring the adapter. Pool Heat: This home offers FREE pool heat! Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the saltwater pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
Please Note: Although this home has an elevator, the ground floor entrance is through the back slider by the pool - accessible via a short gravel walkway on the side of the home.
