Very clean, well-stocked house.

We have been taking our kids and their friends to OBX for the past 20 years. This was our first time using your company and staying in Beach Therapy and it was the best experience we have had. We are anticipating reserving this home again next summer and are considering renting for 2 weeks. We greatly appreciated our experience this summer!

Awesome house, awesome staff, awesome vacation! This is why we have been coming to the Outer banks for 20 years and will continue to do so. Carolina Designs is absolutely the best realty company and Beach Therapy is by far our favorite house. Thank you for another great year! We have already booked Beach Therapy for next year and are looking forward to returning then! The reservation process is so incredibly easy! Everything went perfectly! Carolina Designs has this down to a science! Totally amazed at how clean everything is each year. I do not know how they get so much done in such a short time. Housekeeping, maintenance and grounds staff are the absolute best! We did not have any service issues. Everything was perfect!

We love renting through Carolina Designs! The homes are wonderful, and your welcome package is a very nice touch. We esp love this house, Beach Therapy, and wish it was available to rent during the fall, too. We already have the advance deposit down for spring 2026, and we appreciated having the chance to book early as repeat renters.

Of all the rental companies, VRBO, Airbnb, Twiddy, etc., Carolina Designs is the best. Hands down! Great communication throughout the whole process! Great keyless entry. We loved being able to cook our own food at the house. The view of the ocean was fantastic.

Overall, we found the house to be excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our groceries. The rooms were well appointed and the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy, and had lots of storage. We would definitely reserve this house again. Thank you.

We never rented a house with pets but had to bring a small dog this year. Everything went good till the morning we left. I have never heard this dog or any other dog cry so much when we had to leave, I guess we created another Beach Buddy!
