LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT 38 yards from Beach Access in Corolla

We had a wonderful week at Latitude Adjjstment!! We are already booked for next year!

The home was just as it appeared in the pictures! We loved the gate in the back yard that gave easy access to the beach! Everything was well maintained. We loved it so much, we immediately booked the house again for next year!

We LOVED this house! The view from the top deck is a clear ocean view and feels ocean front! The sound system throughout the house was excellent. We loved the pool and walking to the beach on the sand. The beds were all comfortable and the house was spotless. Perfect OBX chill spot!

We had such a great week. Obviously did not want to leave. Would give anything to be there still. Everything was perfect. Love the location. Ride bikes to Timbuck II area. Short drive to grab a bite to eat or a few groceries. Quick walk to the beach, where we were every day from 10 until 2 or 3. Loved our late afternoons and evenings at the pool and hot tub.

What an amazing house! Our family was lucky enough to stay here this past week and we loved every minute! Plenty of room, a short walk to the beach, variety of local activities, all while not being over commercialized. We're already planning a trip back and would recommend this house, hands down!!

What we love about your home: 1. Location-proximity to the beach, back way to get there, lack of houses close behind you, ocean view. This is an unbeatable combination in Section O, for non oceanfront houses. 2. Huge deck off kitchen - we go out every night and talk - the whole group. 3. Pool and surrounds- love everything about the pool. It's bigger then many, has great ledges and plenty of room around it to spread out. Hot tub in great location too. 4. Cleanliness- should be a given, but definitely isn't always. The woman cleaning your home has been doing it since it was built. She does a fantastic job. 5. Every bedroom has a bath just about and there are a lot of queens and Kings.

So, long story short, we do have a lot of comparisons locally to your house, and obviously your house is our favorite! The location with the walk to the beach not being on the street is awesome with little kids, the pool is gorgeous and huge for our kiddos and their rafts and games, the decor is beautiful and solid/well done, we all loved cooking on your range and the two refrigerators were brilliant! There is so much to love-the beds were super comfortable, bath rooms beautiful and the basement kept our kids entertained-and I was in love with the kitchen table.

We've been coming for 10 yrs and of all the homes we've stayed in, this one is the #1!
