New to the Carolina Designs program for 2026!
Pull up to your vacation home and get ready to yell Corollabunga! This home is a beautiful oceanfront retreat in Corolla, offering unbeatable views and a convenient location between two beach accesses. This spacious 9-bedroom house features a private pool, hot tub, and multiple outdoor seating areas perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying ocean breezes. Inside, guests will find a theater room with tiered seating, a rec room with a pool table, and a shuffleboard table for endless entertainment. The open-concept top floor offers stunning ocean views, a spacious living area, and a gourmet kitchen fully stocked for group meals. Seven of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and common area, and the home is equipped with high-speed internet and Hulu Live. An elevator provides easy access to all levels, and a 240V outlet is available for EV charging. As part of the Ocean Lakes community, guests also enjoy access to walking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, and a nearby large community pool.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

The ground level is packed with fun for every traveler! Enjoy movie nights in the theater room with tiered leather recliners and a 70" Smart TV, or gather in the game room for a round of pool. Bedding-wise, this floor features a king bedroom with a twin bed and private bath, along with two bunk rooms that each have a triple bunk (twin over twin over double) and share a full hall bath - perfect for younger vacationers. Laundry facilities are available. Step outside to the fully-fenced private pool area, where you'll find ample poolside lounge furniture, an outdoor dining table, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and custom cornhole boards. A set of exterior stairs leads from the pool deck to the hot tub on the deck above.
