Updates for 2025: Expanded pool deck area with new lounge chairs and new fence and walkway, new outdoor shower, new sofas and coffee table in great room, new bedding in the first floor bunk room, and new furniture in the southeast first floor king bedroom.
Updates for 2024: Kitchen remodel including new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, new dining room table and chairs, new chairs in entry foyer, new area rugs in great room and rec room, and new furniture in the ground floor king bedroom.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Beach Access: Walkway to beach located next door.
Please Note: The great room fireplace is not available for guest use.
Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. Please note that a fishing license is required in order to fish in the stocked fishing lake.

Two bedrooms are available on this floor: one with a king and one with two twin beds (please note that the twins bedroom does not have cable or a DVD player). Outside, the pool area is fenced in and offers lounge seating, a hot tub, and a cabana half bath accessible from the pool area and the rec room. The community beach access is conveniently located one access to the south.
