With over 7,700 square feet of living space and a 30' x 15' private pool, there is enough room to spread out but the spacious gathering areas make coming together to enjoy your beach vacation as a group simple and uncrowded. A private pool, hot tub, rec room, theater, an elevator that travels to each floor, and multiple gathering areas throughout, Moon Shine is designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. This home is situated on a corner lot and is mere steps from the raised boardwalk that leads you straight to the beautiful beaches of Corolla.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
