Special Access Amenities: First floor queen bath has a barrier-free shower with seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Electronics: Two Blu-ray players are available in the home and provide access to Netflix (use own account).
Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

The ground floor provides three bedrooms, a king bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk. Adjacent to the king bedroom is a full bath that also has a door that leads to the pool area. The bedroom with two twin beds and the bedroom with a pyramid bunk share a full bath (the bunk room has a Blu-ray player, but does not have cable). The expansive recreation/media lounge is very well equipped and provides a regulation size pool table, foosball table, wet bar with sink and full refrigerator, and two sofas arranged around a large flat screen TV to watch the game or your favorite movie. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer and are available on this level.
Outdoors, guests are treated to a fenced-in pool with poolside seating and a separate kiddie pool. A tiki bar adds to outdoor entertainment. For vacationers who appreciate competition, this home also has a volleyball area and cornhole. The sheltered hot tub (one of two hot tubs available for guests) is located just outside the pool area and provides enjoyment regardless of the weather.
