Located a short drive from the shopping, dining, and grocery options of Timbuck II, as well as historic sites such as the Whalehead Club and Currituck Lighthouse, this home's central location adds to its appeal. Your whole group is sure to love the inviting pool area, and the dual charcoal/gas grills are perfect for whipping up a family meal. Featuring a large flat screen TV as well as a sleepsofa, the ground floor rec room can be utilized as a seventh bedroom. The great room is comfortable, and provides deck access with north to south ocean views. The functional open floor plan of the top floor leads to a lofted ship's watch with built-in seating that acts as a panoramic vantage point to watch the waves roll in. Public beach accesses are located just one house to the left or two houses to the right of this home, and the beach is lifeguarded during the summer months.
Updates for 2024: Pool resurfaced. The HVAC system serving the first and ground floors was replaced.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Tennis: Guests in this Section of Ocean Sands (Section Q) have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)
