Overview
Relaxing, fun, and memory-filled vacation days are in your future when you book Casa De Los Ninos. This oceanfront, 8-bedroom estate makes the dream of beach living a reality with a private walkway to the Atlantic, a pool area designed for relaxation, and a gathering area on each level of the house. The great room offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and the sound from any vantage point. The open concept between the dining area and kitchen allows your group to spend time together all from one central location of the home. You and your group will enjoy over 5,000 square feet of beachfront space that includes decks on both the east and west side of the home, eight bedrooms - six of them with their own private bathroom, and five of them with sliding door access to a deck. With the amount of deck space Casa De Los Ninos has to offer, everyone will have room to enjoy watching the sun rise in the morning with a cup of coffee, and then watch the sun set in the evening with a chilled beverage. Beach days are easier than ever with a walkway over the dune, and a dune top deck with built-in seating. If the beach isn't on the agenda for the day, a dip in the private pool is only a few steps away. The poolside hot tub is where you can unwind after each day, before you make your way to your bedroom that is furnished to feel like home, even when you're away from home.
Updates for 2026: A heat pump is being added to the pool for optional pool heat. Subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2025: New furniture in great room, the middle level den was converted to a rec room with a shuffleboard table, game table, and a larger smart TV, all new pool furniture.
Updates for 2024: The kitchen was renovated to make the area functionally larger and more modern. The renovation included new cabinets, countertops, lighting fixtures, the addition of an undercounter beverage center, the cooktop was converted to a 5-burner gas range with a double electric oven, and new LVP flooring in the kitchen and dining area.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

As you enter from the carport, you are greeted with natural light pouring in from the windows and the sliding glass door that leads out to the pool area. The centralized media den offers wicker sofa and armchair seating, and a large Smart TV. A conveniently located kitchenette is in the media den and includes a full-sized fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a standalone ice maker. This is the perfect spot to keep some food and drinks that you want to be easily accessible for the people spending time out by the pool.
The fully fenced pool area is where vacation fun comes alive. Whether you want to float around in the pool, take a dip in the poolside hot tub, or hang out under the covered deck area where there are lounge chairs and a polywood picnic table, there is something to do for your entire group. A gate leads to a private beach walkway and dune top deck with built-in benches - a perfect vantage point for spotting dolphins. For those coming off the beach, there are two spots to rinse off the sand and salt. There is an open overhead shower and foot shower available at the bottom of the dune walkway before entering the pool area. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower under the covered deck on the ground level.
Bedding on the ground level includes a queen bedroom and a bunk room that has two twin bunks. The two rooms share a full bath that has a stand-up shower. The elevator can be accessed from the carport, and goes to the first floor front deck and second floor front deck.
