This home offers a private pool and expansive open decks for soaking up summer rays, a private walkway to the beach, a rec room with a pool table and marble bar, breathtaking ocean views, and Smart TVs throughout with YouTube TV and the NFL Package. Located between the towns of Duck to the north and Kitty Hawk to the south, guests have quick access to the Wright Memorial Bridge and can easily enjoy the sights, dining, shopping, and recreation in both communities.
Updates for 2024: Complete remodel of the ground floor king private bath and the ground floor half bath (the king bath has been upgraded to have a walk-in shower); new furniture, area rugs, artwork, wallpaper, and fresh paint in a dark blue shade in the rec room; all-new furniture in the ground floor bunkroom; new decks and fresh exterior paint in a new gray shade; carport enclosed with fencing; new dune-top deck.
Updates for 2023: Two of the first floor bathrooms were updated with fresh paint, new counters, and sinks. In addition, the kitchen barstools were replaced.

Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. This voluminous space is decked out with an 8-foot pool table, sofa and armchair seating, 55" 4K Smart TV, and a kitchenette with marble countertops, sink, and refrigerator. A half bathroom is accessible and serves as a cabana bath for those outdoors. Bedding accommodations include one bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bath with walk-in shower and a second with a private bath that is furnished with a pyramid bunk and a twin bunk.
Rec room doors open to outdoor fun and recreation at the sparkling private pool with an expanded pool deck and adjacent kiddie pool ideal for little travelers. Lounge poolside with a good book under Carolina blue skies and enjoy invigorating daily swims. Each day, take the private pathway to the beach to stroll the shoreline collecting shells or play in the rolling surf. As the sun sets, retreat to the soothing hot tub and relax to the sound of gentle waves lapping against the shore.
