Wake up to unimaginable sunrises when you reserve My Sunshine, a smartly designed home with generous oceanfront windows to capture breathtaking coastal panoramas. This popular vacation retreat has guests returning year after year for more reasons than one! Private bedroom suites, gathering areas on every level, and irresistible outdoor amenities promise days of leisure and fun on the oceanfront with family and friends. Guests enjoy close proximity to historic sites, piers, golf, shopping, and dining options.
Path to Beach: The beach walkway is shared with the neighboring home. The neighbors added on to their side of the walkway, so now each home has its own dune top deck.
Please Note: The fireplace is electric, available year-round, and is decoration only; it does not put out heat.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator that accesses all three levels. The queen bedroom on the ground level has a bathroom equipped for special access including a roll-under sink, shower and toilet grab bars, and a shower with a shower seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional details.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Sleeping options on the ground level include a bedroom with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and a private bath equipped with special access amenities. Surf's up in the second bedroom furnished with two twin bunks. A full bathroom is available to those in this room and the media area. The media room is furnished with sofa and armchair seating, a mounted flatscreen, and offers a kitchenette with a wet bar, microwave, and refrigerator. Doors open to a covered patio, and a bubbling sheltered hot tub beyond that. The crystal blue private pool allows for refreshing dips or you can lounge poolside to soak in the glorious sunshine. Uncrowded beaches and rolling surf are steps away on the shared beach access trail, and the dune-top deck is the perfect perch to oversee beach activities and enjoy sea breezes.
