Overview
A relaxing vacation awaits you at Pointe East. This South Nags Head home is a quiet retreat for the whole family, and is spacious enough to accommodate a multi-family getaway. Offering special needs amenities, including an elevator and accessible bathroom, this home provides ease of access for everyone in your group. Downstairs, splash in the private pool, or savor ocean views as you soak in the hot tub, located on a shaded dune top platform. This location is perfect for those seeking solitude, as sun and sand are literally at your fingertips - walk over the dunes and have your toes in the ocean seconds from leaving the pool area. Located in the community of South Nags Head, you'll enjoy the less-crowded beaches associated with this more secluded area. Day trips to historic downtown Manteo, Bodie Island Lighthouse, or the Wright Brothers National Memorial are all easy from this home.
Updates for 2027: Kitchen renovation including new island, cabinets, sinks, and granite countertops. Subject to change until complete.

Pool: Pool is heated by propane. Max temp is 85 degrees.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, sand accumulation can cover the beach walkway.
Outdoor Showers: Two enclosed outdoor showers are located on the ground level covered oceanside patio, an open rinse station is located next to the hot tub.
Special Access Amenities: An elevator accesses all levels. An oceanfront king on the first floor has a bathroom equipped for those with special needs. Please note that none of our homes are ADA complaint. Contact our office for more details.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Inside on the ground level, the rec room is decked out with entertainment options, including a pool table, foosball coffee table, Sunbrella sectional sofa, and mounted flat screen TV. The kitchenette has a full refrigerator for convenient additional food storage, microwave, and sink. An adjacent bedroom with two pyramid bunksets (each has one twin trundle) and second room with one double and one twin round out the ground floor. Both rooms feature a flatscreen TV. Outside the rec room on the way to the pool and hot tub area, outdoor showers and a cabana half bath are available. The garage is available for guest use and has space for one vehicle. It can be unlocked from inside the house and provides ground-level entry to the home.
