Overview
It's called Village Diamond for a reason, this 7-bedroom, oceanfront retreat is located in the heart of the Village at Nags Head and offers all you could want for an Outer Banks vacation. The oceanside decks on each level are the perfect spot to sit and soak up the sun or take respite in the shade while enjoying the calming breezes off the ocean. The private pool area includes a custom-shaped pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar, grilling station, and easy access to this home's private walkway to the beach. The beaches of Nags Head are some of the best on the East Coast, it's no wonder why Nags Head has become such a popular vacation destination. Village Diamond is located only a short distance from Jennette's Pier, and there is a fish cleaning station located at the house for the fisherman of the group. Not far from some of the largest attractions to the area: Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Golf Links, Nags Head Fishing Pier, and Jennette's Pier, as well as grocery stores, local shops, and ample dining options.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.

Golf: Guests will receive discounted green fees at Nags Head Golf Links, a Scottish links-style championship course. The picturesque Roanoke Sound, sea oats and sand dunes create a windswept environment that Golf Digest says is "among the most beautiful in the eastern United States." Reserve tee times in advance by calling 252-441-8073.
Path to Beach: The private walkway does not have stairs down the dune and the dune may be steep due to shifting ocean currents and wind. A handicap-accessible public beach access is located two houses to the south.
This home is located in an area that will receive beach nourishment in 2026 to widen the beach. Learn more about beach nourishment. All beach nourishment information is subject to change. **If the beach directly in front of your home is being actively nourished during your stay, this homeowner has agreed to compensate you for a portion of your vacation.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

The ground floor has a rec room with a pool table, a mounted flat screen TV, and an additional full-sized refrigerator. Bedding offers a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin bunks. The bedrooms and rec room share access to a full bath. A laundry room is also located on this floor. There is access to the pool area from this level, making the ground floor fridge a great spot to keep snacks and drinks that you want to be able to grab quickly while hanging out by the pool or at the tiki bar. Outside, your options for fun and relaxation are nearly endless: take a dip in the pool (pool heat available for an additional fee), soak in the hot tub, take a seat on one of the bar stools at the poolside tiki bar, grill up your favorite meal, or stroll over the private walkway and down the dune to the beach to splash the day away in the waves of the Atlantic. Located only 1 mile from Jennette's Pier, take your fishing rod down the street to see what's biting. When you get back to the beach house, there is a fish cleaning station for you to prep the day's catch for dinner.
