Ideally located not far from the foot of the Wright Memorial Bridge, guests traveling from the north will appreciate less time in the car and more time settling into vacation mode. Everyday essentials are within easy reach with nearby shopping at Harris Teeter and Walmart, along with popular local dining spots like Rundown Cafe, Ocean Boulevard, Art's Place, and Steamers.

Inside the home, each level is thoughtfully designed to balance relaxation and entertainment for groups of all sizes. The ground floor welcomes guests with a cozy media den and comfortable sleeping arrangements, along with elevator access for easy movement throughout the home. Step outside to enjoy a west-facing backyard oasis, where the private pool, hot tub, and poolside seating create the perfect setting for long, sun-filled afternoons. The middle floor serves as the home's entertainment hub, with a centrally located rec room featuring a pool table, a smart TV, and a beverage fridge. The top floor showcases bright, open-concept living with the great room, dining area, and kitchen all flowing together to create a spacious gathering area. Ocean views from the east-facing deck provide a beautiful backdrop for morning coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped for group meals with two dishwashers; ample seating can be found between the dining table and the kitchen island.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Just outside, the west-facing pool area invites relaxation with a 21' x 10' private pool (can be heated for an additional fee), poolside seating, a soothing hot tub, and an open outdoor shower. This backyard is ideal for enjoying warm, sun-filled days, as the sun shines on the pool from the top of the day until sunset.
