If you love being at the center of activities, you'll love this lively location! See which fish are biting from the Avalon Fishing Pier, enjoy oysters on the half shell at renowned Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar located across the street, or enjoy this town's widest beaches located just steps from your back door. This vacation home features 3,300 square feet of recreational amenities and luxurious comfort that promises a vacation filled with glorious seaside memories. In addition to a prime oceanfront location, guests in this home are treated to a private oceanfront pool with lounge seating, furnished covered and sun decks, a gas grill, a bubbling hot tub, a private walkway for easy journeys to and from the beach, and an outdoor shower.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All bedroom TVs are Roku Smart TVs with cable access via the Spectrum app. The great room and rec room have different Smart TVs with cable access via Spectrum cable boxes. The theater room has a Roku Smart TV with cable access via a Spectrum cable box. Guests are welcome to use the Smart TVs to log into their own streaming accounts.
