The thoughtful floor plan features six bedroom suites, expansive decks, and a sensational recreation lounge that encompasses the ground level. A Tesla charger is available for guests. Guests enjoy beach access with oceanfront parking, a community pool and tennis courts; and it's a short walk into the town of Duck for shopping, dining, and seasonal family friendly events.

Tesla Charger: A Tesla charger is available for free for guest use.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

An outdoor shower is located under the stairs that are adjacent to the pool area. A gas grill is located by a convenient outdoor table for meal prep. The grounds are nicely landscaped and include a grassy front lawn and shade trees around the perimeter. At twilight, it's time to relax into the bubbly hot tub to soothe mind and body under star-filled skies. For added convenience, a Tesla charger is available for guest use.
